Park Rotana Abu Dhabi

I recently stayed at Park Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and I must say it completely met my expectations in all the key areas I value during a hotel stay. The breakfast was excellent — a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order eggs. The quality and freshness of the food were impressive, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the layout made it feel more like a luxury suite than a standard hotel room. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet ambiance for a restful stay. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. My room was spotless on arrival and consistently well-kept throughout my stay. Common areas such as the lobby and dining areas were also impeccably clean and inviting. Overall, Park Rotana provided a pleasant and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-standard stay in Abu Dhabi.

A special mention goes to Mr. Amjad, whose cheerful attitude and exceptional hospitality truly stood out. His dedication and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed — it was, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received from a hotel staff member. I would also like to commend Mr. Raj for his professionalism and kindness, which further enhanced my experience. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, Park Rotana is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Had a nice stay,Starting from valet parking all staffs were so professional that we met only smiling faces. Valet parking-system runs smoothly,just hand over keys ,receive the coupon,your luggage will reach room . Reception-Alia from reception was so friendly and upgraded our connection room to a bigger room with a nice view.She explained everything patiently and added a late check out till 2 pm at no extra cost. Lifts-multiple lifts which will not make you wait Room -was very nice ,spacious and settings were so user friendly.Only thing which I found which can be improved is updating TV s to smart TV,as kids demanded youtube,I tried to mirror the screen but didnt work.View of Khalifa park from room was awesome. Room dining service -was fast and professional.They accept card or cash.Staffs were friendly .chicken burger is a must try. Swimming pool-Nice ambience ,kids friendly ,life gaurds are vigilant all the time .pool opens at 7 am to 10 pm,kids enjoyed pool side french fries.Pool food counter staffs are friendly .counter closes by 8 :15 pm . Breakfast-More than food attitude of staffs were so nice,naming a few Trase(spelling may be wrong),Julius ,appreciate Check out was so smooth since we paid for the room dining each time and there were no payments to be made and Ibrahim finished it in seconds. Andrew came to collect bags from room, he packed all our bags inside the car and was fast,Appreciate.

The hotel is located in a very central area of Abudhabi and it is convenient to reach different attractions from it especially Yas Island which is located only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful, check in and check out times were fast, room service was fast. We liked that they have upgraded our room to a suite without asking and that made our short stay more pleasant. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist but thanks alot for that initiative. Pool area was clean and my kids really enjoyed it

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location (between airport and city), modern hotel. Club Rotana was excellent - received a room upgrade to a suite (bedroom + liviing room + bathroom - all were excellent). The Lounge was smallish but comfortable, snacks and drinks in evening, very nice sandwich etc for mid-afternoon tea. Club Rotana includes free buffet in Ginger restaurant (but wine is not free)...a good plan is have a drink in the lounge, go to buffet and return to lounge. Price of Club Rotana was really good value albeit off-season. Coopers bar is great - excellent food and good ambience.
